     Robert D. McMahan received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University , Bloomington in forensic studies. In addition, Mr. McMahan received a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Indiana State University and holds a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis.

     Mr. McMahan is a member of the faculty of Indiana State University , School of Business where he has taught Business Law for eighteen years. He has extensive years of private law practice focusing on Wills & Trusts, Probate & Estates, Corporations, Taxes, Elder Law, Asset Preservation, Commercial and Business Transactions and other matters relating to individual and business financial affairs. Mr. McMahan's practice extends throughout the State of Indiana and he is a noted seminar presenter on various legal and financial topics. Mr. McMahan is a staff advisor on legal issues for the Terre Haute Area Small Business Development Center and hosted a former weekly radio program entitled Money, Law & Solutions.

     Mr. McMahan is licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana and before the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Indiana Bar Association and the Terre Haute Bar Association, and is a member of the Columbia Club of Indianapolis.
